Your purchase will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt and clearing of payment.
Purchases will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested. If you prefer a method that will provide you with a tracking number, insurance or priority mail, simply contact us. The price difference, of course, will be calculated and added to the order.
A 9.3% sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to an Arizona address.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please let us know within seven days of receiving the package.
Returns received within 15 days of notification will be refunded the full purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in the same condition they were at the time of sale - new and resellable. If not, a refund will not be offered, and you will have to pay the return postage to get it back. The option for store credit is available.
Exchanges received within 15 days of notification will not incur a 20% restocking fee and will be processed within 2 business days.
Also, we do not offer refunds on purchases lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is recommended.
